I just made this for dinner and it is fantastic. I cannot wait for lunch tomorrow. Enjoy.  
Ingredients
- 1 cup White Organic Quinoa 
- 2 cups of water 
- 1 Salt;
     to taste 
- 2 teaspoons of corn oil 
- 1 teaspoon of Thyme 
- 1 pepper;
     to taste 
- 1/2 lemon
